Proof Of Funds - Port Of Entry

Guys,

I am flying to Canada on 31st early morning and will reach Winnipeg on 31st Dec. Just wanted to discuss how I plan to show proof of Funds at Port of Entry

1)Education Loan Sanction Letter that 80% of my living expenses and tuition fees for 2 years

2)Some hard cash (Around CAD 3000 ) and Demand Draft (Around 3000 to 4000)

Please let me know if this looks good to you guys.
