Proof of funds & PCC - at what stage?

Hi Guys,

I have received my AOR and I am in the process of sending the final pack of documents to London.

We are a couple so I guess I have to show 25k CAD?

Do I have to send the proof of funds at this stage or later?

Also please advise if PCC has to be sent now or at later stage because I believe PCC has a time based expiry?

Please advise?

It has to be sent along the complete file.

We are an indian citizen living and working in Dubai as residents.

Does this mean that I have to send the PCC from UAE and India both of UAE PCC is enough?
