proof of funds... PA or dependent

Need ur urgent advice..

We are a couple and will be landing in Canada in April/May.

Please advice if we may take POF on PA's name or dependent's name or both.

When we say minimum funds for 2 approx 14000 CAD...

That can be divided between PA and Dependent (is there any range)... and PA not necessarily has to show 14000 CAD on his/her own, if the dependent is also carrying funds... is that true???

Ya, its true. According to Captain Qorax, you should carry by following 80/20 route i.e 80% in bank draft/s, 20% in cash or TCs.
