Proof of funds-- Need for PA+2 Dependents

I have question regarding, Proof of funds,-- As per CIC canada for Express entry i would need proof of funds worht $18,825 for PA+2 dependents ( i guess). Can i include myt family details in my application and apply for PR visa with single applicant funds($12,300) as my family will join me later once i settle down there-

yes, but then you cant select them as accompanying, and they will not be issued a PR. And it not advisable to go this way, as sponsoring your spouse later will be a lengthy process.
