Hi Every One, I sent my FSW Application , and after a month i checked the PROOF OF FUNDS field in my "imm0008_3e" application.. i entered only $ 10000 (where it supposed to be $11,086 for one family member) . What happens? do i need to send documents again? or only form "imm0008_3e" is enough? do i need to fax (if it is FAX, please provide me the number) them only one form or post whole documents again? :-\ ... i am confused...please suggest me.

I think you should simple write them a letter about the mistake and tell them what exact amount you meant to mention there. Be ready with proof of funds and if possible send a copy along with your letter. Any changes or mistakes in the application should be immediately informed to your local CHC office.

My application got rejected (they took nearly 3 months, they received on 5th Feb and i received mail on 27th April...hmmm sooo sad....). As they mentioned in the mail, it was not the proof of funds, but they said that i did not explain well all my duties and responsibilities... so planning to submit again with by referencing rejected case number with taking employers letter about my responsibility. Even though they mentioned about my duties, but i am still not clear their exact situation that motivated them to reject my application.... Hope it will go smooth in others case.. Thank you.. In which catagory you had applied and what duities you mentioned in the letter ?

as i applied in april 2010, i did a big mistake under the fund section. i have written 13486 Canadian dollors in place of 13801 canadian dollors.

When you send your full documents, again you need to fill the form and send to embassy. Correct your mistake that time, write there $14000/- (Write in round figures to avoid mistakes) and send also Proof of fund and Bank account details at the time of sending full documents.

hi senior thanks for your reply. i did not send any document , i just write in economic classes form available fund is 13486.

You can correct your mistake at the time of sending full documents.

You can show more than $15000/- if you want to. Deposit the money in your bank account, convert it to Canadian dollar and write in the form the amount when you send full documents.

Amount should be higher than listed on CIC website.
It is updated time to time.
Please verify at the time of sending full documents.
