Proof of funds/ loan in Dubai

Hello everybody,

I received my ita and am gathering my documents. I have the sufficient funds to show in my bank account as proof of funds but I have a personal loan too. I would like to know whether this will affect my profile. My loan amount is big and exceeds my proof of funds. Please let me know. Thankyou!

The formula is not "pof amount =balance - loan"
You can use the search feature on the forum for "loan" and see a more detailed explanation by experts

dear fellow members, I am aware this is relatively old post but I am in same situation.

I have sufficient POF as per GC site. but I also have monthly EMI which includes auto-loan, personal loan and credit card.

will GC deduct loan from POF and mark my EE application ineligible ?
