Is there anyone who got PR approved without showing proof of funds? I'm applying for EE in CEC. I read some threads saying that profile will not give an option to upload if POF is kept as 0 $ when profile is created.

If you show funds in your EE profile.. you will be invited to apply under FSW category even if you qualify for CEC-EE..
I had $15k under my EE profile and got 4 ITAs.. i declined them all as i only wanted to apply under CEC-EE.. when i made funds available to zero, the very next invite i got was for CEC-EE.. it is not under which stream u want to apply but under which stream CIC invites u to apply.

Hi think I filled some funds in EE profile and get ITA for CEC anyways (I guess other details matter as well)

If you get ITA to apply through CEC looks like POF is not required, however you must upload it (if you have POF in the list to documents requested)

I recommend you to write a explanation letter about no POF requested for CEC and add your accounts/cards details even if your available funds are almost zero.

Just write a letter staten under CEC no POF is needed but better add your bank accounts information, even if it's almost nothing.

Anyways amount you filled out in the EE Profile should be "real"
