Proof of Funds for Study Permit

Guys, have read so much rejection on the basis of insufficient fund. This is scaring. I need to reapply. I was rejected for same reason but in my case i was the caused. I just hope it goes well.

Have paid fee of $11,300 CAD already. This month i did fixed deposit $25,000. Will this be enough to process for the visa permit?

If my father have 12K $ in his bank account and I am having 15K $ in my bank account. Is this work for me?

Hello, my dads bank statements are not as strong but he has property back home which is worth 300,000 CAD, I was wondering if we show that will it be sufficient for the proof of funds?
