Hi guys

I hope all are fine

I have query regarding proof of funds for canadian immigration purposes
I recently met a visa consultant.
He told me that one needs to have 1,300 CAD $ in bank account while applying for PR
My question is one has to have the same amount in bank account or other assets like property etc are also accepted as proof of funds.
Pls guide

What the Canadian immigration is looking is for the availability of liquidated cash in your bank account(be it current or savings), property and other assets such as cars, stocks are not considered as funds available in your account
