Proof of Funds for Fast Track PR Who have the Employment Offer

Someone please let me know if a Nurse going on arranged employment via Fast Track Federal Workers Program needs to show the proof of Funds while submitting the papers to local CHC after approval from Sydney?

Need some urgent guidence from Senior and Experts?

Under AEO option, proof of funds is not required.

I am bit confuse between Fast Track, Federal Skilled Workers from and AEO.

Can somebody please clear me the difference?
