Hi Team,

I worked in Canada a couple of months ago and came to INDIA.In my Canadian bank Account I have a bough funds but from India It’s not possible to get the Bankers Confirmation Letter as physical presence is needed.
I don’t have enough money in INDIAN bank Account.

I can provide my Bank statements from CANADIAN bank but CIC need Bankers confirmation letter.

Please suggest me this will be very much helpful to me .

So why not get the letter from the Canadian bank where you have enough funds ? Your post is a bit confusing and written chaotically.

I don’t think there is a way around it. Online statement will not accepted. You will need a stamped bank statement and balance letter. Either you can approach bank and ask them what can be done, eg. post the statement to them and they will post it back to you with some sort of self declaration to the bank stating reasons of your predicament.

Unfortunately they are refused to provide the latter for the same.Could you please let me know if I can transfer that amount to the INDIAN bank now and get the Letter from INDIAN banks.Definitely there will be increasing amount of deposit in the my Account but I can explain how it got deposited.

I am in dilemma.Please suggest as I have less time to apply for my PR....

You can show your Canada bank statements in your name to prove it is your money which you remitted to India post repatriation. And supplement it with India bank account statements and bank letter for India A/C.

Not at all, its your money after all which you are able to justify so why would there be any issues. Do show last 6 months statements for both accounts for transparency. Hope you have been maintaining this amount for last 6 months.

Yes, this shud do. Capture your transaction in your Canadian bank statement and correlate same with your home bank statement, mention in LoE by highlighting these transactions. I wud suggeste to mention the fact that letter from Canadian bank cud not be obtained since you no longer reside there. If you have email communication from bank you can attach that as well, just to make your case full proof. Also make sure to include six months of Canadian bank statement.
