I had first created EE profile in July 2015 and it expired in July 2016.
I created a new one in Jan 2017. I see UIC # on old profile , but not on the new one.
I did have an Ontario nomination in old profile which i had not accepted.
Please suggest what I should fill in have i applied to canada before?

When they say applied it means whether your received ITA and filed your application after that.
Say no to it, also write an LOE to explain your scenario.

How come your old profile has a UCI number, they usually provide it after one files for an application.

You can have as many LOE as you want though restricted by 4mb limitation. You can also upload relevant LOEs in respective placeholders also such as LOE related POF in POF placeholder

Active passport, with bio pages and all the pages any type of markings and visa

proof of sale of car would include a sales agreement and transfer of funds from the said person .that should be sufficient

If yes, can anyone pls suggest the price of the stamp paper for this purpose.

2. My bank, ICICI, has agreed to give me a balance certificate on the bank letterhead.
For the 6 months statement, they suggested to get it print online and then get it stamped from them.
Please suggest if this is right way to proceed and if the stamped 6 months statement will suffice.
Do I need to get the bank letterhead certificate notarized as well?

3. Apart from the gift deed from my father and balance certificate, I shall also be attaching last 6 months salary slip along with the application.
Please suggest if I need to provide any other document for the proper PoF.
Including my salary and current + the gift deed from my father, I will have around 800000-900000 INR in my account while applying for a single person application.

Minimum value of stamp paper as applicable in your state.

They give in proper format including the average of 6 month so no need for statements
For the 6 months statement, they suggested to get it print online and then get it stamped from them.
Please suggest if this is right way to proceed and if the stamped 6 months statement will suffice.
If you need statements for some other reasons then there is no problem with above method. Ask then to mail you 6 month combined statement and then you can print it. This will save you pages and further help you minimize the upload space.

More than enough. With gift deed also upload proof of transfer ( cheque or internet receipt)

You will see one placeholder for POF, so all docs related to POF need to be merged into one PDF and uploaded there. After scanning and merging the documents check yourself whether you're able to view the documents properly.

Adding a covering letter for each placeholder where multiple documents are being combined, would be a good choice as this would act as a table of content and help the officer understand what all docs are there and if you have highlighted any important points that could address any doubts that you think might arise in the officer's mind.

Thank you for clarification. Covering letter is a good suggestion.
Rather putting everything in one LoE, it is better to give some gist of the documents in the cover letter of each section individually

Is a gift deed from my brother-in-law acceptable?
