Hello all, please i have my POF as treasury bill. Should i submit the certificate alone as POF. Is that sufficient?

For FDs, which matures every year, what kind of letter can be proof of long term deposit?

Separate letters from all bank accounts which you are showing for PoF are required. You can use an LOE/covering letter to summarize your POF and also convert INR to CAD using the exchange rate given on bank of Canada's website, in case bank doesn't mention it on letter. Do mention the source and date of exchange rate.

If he is accompanying you then he doesn't necessarily need to transfer the funds to your account. Just get a no objection declaration from him. You would need to upload sale deed, proof of transfer ( cheque/ any other mode of payment) and his bank letter as per CIC requirements

My wife is the main applicant and we've been selected through the Canadian Experience Class on E.E.

1 - Since we got the ITA through the Canadian Experience we wouldn't be needing to provide proof of funds, but for our surprise, it's showing as "required", any suggestions?

2 - I have the money in a bank account shared with my father since my wife is the main applicant would that be a problem?

The date of FD creation does it matter? Will they ask if recently created?

Upload a letter in that placeholder stating that you're shortlisted under CEC program and you don't need to provide POF

Joint account with family members( other than your spouse) are not accepted

3. LOE format. does it have to be on a stamp paper or plain a4? does it need to have my signature?
4. I would be showing FDs from different banks. is there any format to show the FDs. will I need to attach scanned copies of FDs ?
5. I would be showing my POF from PF and other bank FDs and spouse account. however my salary slips which I will put in employment letter section will show my salary account. will this be an issue? salary account also shows home loan? how do I provide home loan details.
6. digital photo has to be in centre or just 35mm by 45mm size any how?

Hello, I'm a little concerned about my bank letter. The bank letter stated only mine and my wife's surnames on the joint accounts we hold.

Also regarding the 6 months average balance, it stated by current balances and my balances of 6 months ago on each of the accounts.

Is this going to be an issue?

There is no set format, you have to write as a simple letter, address it to and it should have content that means your spouse allows you to utilize the funds for immigration purpose and she will be accompanying you upon receiving the COPR

No set format. A simple letter addressed to Visa officer. Write, print, sign, scan and upload

Bank will issued FD certificates. You will upload POF related docs in a placeholder generated specific for POF

Home loan doesn't impact your POF, don't worry. If you're uploading the payslips and it has a mention of your salary account, get a bank letter for that account as well. The letter would mention any ongoing loan. You can use an LOE to explain that you have a home loan. Home loans, car loans and loans for consumer durables don't have any impact on POF

Take the specs to the photographer, he would know how to click it. For a sample size, you can Google an image.

Names should be in full. If it doesn't mention that use an LOE to explain the scenario. Also get 6 months bank statements signed and stamped. This would have your full names.
These docs will be enough.
