Proof of Funds-Confusion and Help

Hi! So here is my situation. I have a bank account in the US and Pakistan. I am obtaining bank letters for both bank account. I also had amount transferred in my bank account from my father as a gift in April(both accounts are being shown so I have sufficient funds). I am having the following documents sent:
1.Bank letter US Bank
2.Bank Letter Pakistan Bank
3.Gift deed from father on Stamp Paper
4.Bank statement of Pakistan bank from date of gift made(as my account was empty before) to the date of submission.(this is because the bank letter might not be as per cic requirements)

1. Please could you or any of the senior members just let me know if this is enough or not?
2. Also, do I need to provide bank statements of my US Bank if the letter has all the necessary details on it and is signed and stamped?
3. Some people mention an affidavit in addition to a Gift Deed. My gift deed is a legal document properly notarized. Is the affidavit required?
I have completed other documents and am waiting just for the confirmation of the same.

What you have is sufficient. You do not need to provide bank statements if the letter has all that CIC requires. An affidavit is excessive , a gift deed will do. Ensure you have proof of the transfer from your father's account to your account.

Thank you for your response. My bank statement show the instrument number from which the amount was transferred in my account and that same instrument number is mentioned on the gift deed as well. Would that suffice?
