Proof of Funds at POE

My question is about proof of funds.
How come i show proof of funds at POE(Port of Entry) ? Do i have to show my bank statement which i used for study permit OR I have to show the receipt of tuition fee payed ?

u can use whatever proof of funds u used to apply for visa ....I believe fee receipt and bank statement should work. They rarely ask for proof of funds at POE.

Hey, sorry for butting in. But should the bank statement be the recent one (last date of statement is a week or a day before arrival) or the one submitted with the application is fine (4-6 months before filing the application)?

i don't think they ask for it.. atleast i was not.

Bhai g apni taraf sa zabardasti hoshyari mat daikhana.....agar manga tau daikha dain..waisa kuch bhi nahi mangta first time except LOE, Admission Letter...

Mead Bank Statement which i used for visa is no longer valid. I withdrew all clash. Do they verify Bank Statement at POE ? Is it going to create some problem if i show that bank statement ?

My fathers agriculture land and got some shops which i showed for the income of money. I have also payed 80% of the university tuition fee for the first year which was 10000 CAD. Receipt of tuition fee payed was sent to me by email.

so u can tell them u have paid fees and show the receipt and just in case take the expired bank statement too. Dont worry they probably wont ask u for it but its good to be prepared.
