Hi,
After number of Ielts exam, I’m finally on CRS score of 441 and I’m expecting to get ITA in coming month. I have few questions about funds and police clearance. Firstly, i want to inform about my stay in canada-
CANADA -January 2013-feb 2018 (5 years)
INDIA- march 2018-November 2018 (8 months)
I’m returning to canada in November :)

1. I have police clearance, the latest from india but from canada that was in march 2018. Do i need the latest from canada as well?

2. I have funds in my 2 accounts, one in Indian account (9000CAD) and one in canadain account (7000). Both are from more than 6 months old. Will they accept the indian account if i apply from within canada?

3. Should i go for upfront medical once i reach canada or CIC will ask for it after applying?

Thankyou

No, you do not need a PCC from Canada. Instructions are very clear about that.

2. I have funds in my 2 accounts, one in Indian account (9000CAD) and one in canadain account (7000). Both are from more than 6 months old. Will they accept the indian account if i apply from within canada?
They will accept your Indian account regardless of where you apply from.

3. Should i go for upfront medical once i reach canada or CIC will ask for it after applying?
If you receive an ITA, you must complete the medical before you submit your electronic application for permanent residence (eAPR).

Do you mean you're leaving India on Nov 12? In any case, your PCC will be fine if you apply within 6 months from the date of issue. If for some reason you apply after the 6 months, you will have to get a new PCC.

I would say yes, except that I don't know if you are coming to Canada as a visitor or if you have a work permit or what...

I’m coming as a visitor.
For how long? As a 2 week tourist, or for 6 months to live with family, or...? If you're just here for a short time as a tourist, no, you do not change your residence. If you are coming to live here for 6 months, then yes, you need to change your residence information.
