Hi guys. I am trying to come up with the funds I need to file a application. I will need $ 16,250.00 for a family of three. It is hard. However, I read in the Canada Immigration website that if you have a job offer, you do not have to prove funds, Is that right? Does the employer have to hire me once he makes the offer? Can I get someone to make me that job offer so that I can get the visa then when I get there I will look for a job? Do they check to see if I was really hired by that employer who offered me that job?

Thank you.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You are trying to apply as a skilled worker even though you don't know yet if your job is on the list of 38? You should wait a couple of months for the list.

You can try to get an AEO if you are applying as a skilled. That is basically an employer saying you can come and work for him. I don't think anybody follows up on if you actually go and work there or not.

Another way to get in, you can try to get a job beforehand and come in on a temporary work permit. Then you don't need funds. You can apply for permanent residency later.

But with the AEO, does the employer needs to apply to HRSDC in Canada or I will just need a letter from him? Will it give more points?

Thanks.
