Hi everyone,

My wife has recently received PNP invite from Ontario. In this respect, we had the following queries.

Would request for your valuable advice,at the soonest!

1) Although she has the adequate supporting documents against the work experience that she has shown for Express entry, does she need to provide details regarding every other work experience she had before that (after the age of 18 yrs or so)? What are the different points which are mandatorily required on the document?

2) Regarding the proof of funds:-
2.1) Can she show only Fixed Deposit certificates with joint names (as her joint account with some other family member)?
2.2) Can she show transfers of Rs.2-5 lacs in her savings account as received from family members (like father in law, mother, father or husband)?
2.3) Can she transfer 2-5 lacs from one bank account to another (both on her name)? Will the source be questioned?
2.4) What's the easiest and most simple way of showing funds ( in our case we need to show CAD 14853 for two applicants)?

Regards..

Not required if she isn't claiming points for that experience. Those jobs need not be mentioned under Work history.

2) Regarding the proof of funds:-
2.1) Can she show only Fixed Deposit certificates with joint names (as her joint account with some other family member)? Yes.
2.2) Can she show transfers of Rs.2-5 lacs in her savings account as received from family members (like father in law, mother, father or husband)? Along with a signed self-declaration from the donor clarifying that this is a gift not a loan, Yes.
2.3) Can she transfer 2-5 lacs from one bank account to another (both on her name)? Will the source be questioned? Yes. She will have to prove that the monies available in originating bank aren't borrowed from anyone.
2.4) What's the easiest and most simple way of showing funds ( in our case we need to show CAD 14853 for two applicants)? Depends on your particular situation and finances. The key is to conclusively prove to CIC that you have 14853 CAD of funds available with the PA which aren't borrowed from anyone.
