Please, do I need proof of fund under the Express Entry for skilled immigrants if I have a job offer in Canada?

Didn’t answer my question. Do you have work authorization (closed or open work permit)? if you don’t have a work permit, you need to show proof of funds.

I don't have a work permit, I am outside Canada and have ITA in process, I taught if all is good i will come into Canada with a PR or Confirmation of PR. So with this arrangement will I still need a work authorization?

If you have an ITA in process, you need to show proof of funds since you don’t have work authorization. You don’t need work authorization.
