If I present my account having the offficial required amount as a proof of fund to grant me access into Canadian University can this be accepted? How will this influence positively or negatively on my application?

Well if you don't have the 1st years tuition and the $10K for for living expenses it will be refused.

Hi PPM,
What then do you suggest? As a master student how many hours can I be allowed to work, will this be able to cover my final year school fees and expenses if I don't have a sponsor? If I decide to pick a year master program, how many years Post Graduate Work Permit will this earn me? will the number of the PGWP be suitable for me to apply for Work Permit. I want to use the study to permanently relocate to Canada, pls I will be most grateful to receiving your guidiance in this direction. You can write privately to me on nkuzibe@yahoo.com

Thanks in anticipation to reading from you.

1. You can work on campus, but the jobs are few and far between. After 6 months of study (at an eligible school) you can apply for an off campus work permit allowing you to work for 20 hours a week during the school year, and full time during breaks.
2. Unless you have the first years tuition and $10K for living expenses you will not be issued a study permit.
3. Your PGWP is validity is based on the length of your studies in Canada and graduation. see; http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad.asp
