Hi, I am about to start the PR process and have been collecting information. I came across this Proof of funds which leaves me confused. As per my understanding i should show a sum of Rs. 6 Lakhs in my account. But for how long? Should i continue showing this huge amount after i land in Canada? What if i have to use the money for my Indian needs and take some money out of it?

So, i only need the funds till i land in Canada right? Once i transfer enough funds for my use there, i can divert the funds to other investments right?
