Hello,

Is it possible to send evaluation certificate of my house, having worth Rs 2000000, for proof of fund.

If yes then please also tell me,that to do this will it necessary to change the property name from legal documents to my name, as currently this house is on my father name.

POF involves liquid cash, like FD's, Stocks etc .. something that you can carry along with you or get it transferred ... so house will not be considered as a POF..

I have heard in many cases people sending "evaluation certificate for house" with AOR.I see no harm in sending this information to CHC after all once you move to canada you would sell that property and use that cash for Canada.

Its always good to send evaluation certificate for house as it will strengthen your financials but CHC will count available cash only as a proof of funds.
