are u applying under general or SPP???
if under SPP then u don't need to provide proof,,just show in the student questionary,,,,but if u r applying under general,then u have to mention it.

under spp payed 1 year fee waiting for gic certificate payed and it returns of my father is 3.8 lakhs per annum. we get rents 2 lakhs per anum but my consltant said we will keep sale agreement that u r getting money

GIC and One year tuition fee is more enough to GET VISA and u have some good profile

certainly not
If u are applying under SPP/University category then blindly follow the check list as in cic website ;p
i applied on university category and did not kept any single document other then in the checklist
Got VISA in 2 working days
So don't confuse visa officer with Unnecessary Documents ..he don't have to time check extra document's
