Proof of fund?

Hy every one is it necessary to submit pof with 1st application bc it this time i donot have so huge funds .i have property documents is it ok or not. And what is other possible way? Thanks for any reply

You have to submit POF with the initial documents. Property evaluations will not work as they are not readily available source of money.

As namaste said, you need to have the funds when you apply and property won't be accepted. It doesn't sound like you are ready to apply at this time.

Thanks for both reply . Actully i want to apply as fsw and we are five family members so will i have to submit all the fund with application ? And what things they accept as pof? Thanks again

Yes you will have to submit proof of funding with your application.

Which visa office will you be applying under? Last I heard equity in property was only accepted by London visa office (which governs applications from the United Kingdom and Pakistan).

If you do not have sufficient funds that you are not eligible to apply at this time without a job offer.

Another alternative for you is if you secure a job offer. Then you do not require proof of funds to apply under FSW.
