proof of fund worried

on june 27th 2012 i sent my MR+RPRF+POF,

the exchange rate of CAD vs USD was 1 USD = 1.0393 CAD on 6/3/2012

now the exchange rate is 1.00 USD = 0.978109 CAD on 09/09/2012

since i am a family of 4 my POF is $20,654 CAD

on 6/27/2012 i sent a fix deposit certificate with $21,000 USD that at the time was $21,825 CAD

on today with the current xchange rate those $21,000 USD are going to be $20,540 CAD

this means that i have a deficite of $120 CAD would this be a reason for refusal

You wouldn't be refused coz currency rate fluctuations is not in your hands.........either they will ignore it as its a very small amount or they will ask for updated POF.

i hope cic will see that when i sent in the pof it was more that they were asking for

CIC will check at the time of submitting the documents, if that is correct or not.

Anyway, at time of landing, you again needs to show your POF. So be ready for that.
