Proof of fund ( trv application)

Hi everyone,
Need advises from you guys. We are planning to apply for TRV, and we will visit for just 2 weeks purely an exploratory visit only and 100% SURE will be back for work and continue to apply for PR. We have 7,000 CAD dollars under my wife's name and we have 3,000 dollars in our joint account. We don't have any assets and properties, although most of our money has been invested in leasing a farm(just a lease). My questions are:

1. Do you think our money is enough to convince the immigration officer that we can support ourselves for 2 weeks?
2. A leased 4 has. Farm can be showed as part of an investment?
3. We have invitation letter for an exploratory visit, do u think we have a great chance for an approval?

The funds and assets see sufficient. What you need to put more focus on are your ties to the home country - Jobs to go back to, family, property, house etc.
