Proof of Fund required at first landing?

Is proof of funding required at first landing? bank statement in home country sufficient? referring to those amount per how many persons showed in CIC website. eg. $CAD22,000 for 4 persons to demonstrate you can support initial living at least.
That is part of the submission package before.

Not really , i came with only 5200 CAD on first landing. they only ask you how much money you are bringing , i dont think they check it.

No Dear ,

You just need your passport , and the confirmation of permanent resident document.
