Proof of fund request after medical result received by visa office

I was asked to go for medicals and also to submit some documents which I did, a month later, I was asked to send another proof of fund stating that ''Large deposits in your bank statements must be supported by evidence of the provenance of the funds''to establish my family(of four) when I get to Canada, pls has anyone been asked to send same after sending medical result, what is the implication and how much should be in my account???

Olukemi2...yes some forum members before and after you have sometimes gotten such kind of mail even after medical.its not out of order for AVO to ask.However.was there any large sum deposit into your account which you probably did not explain to them how it came about?if there is.then that is what they want you to clarify by sending source of the large deposits.

Hi olukemi2 what is your VO ? Did you move large amount of money In and out during the application time which was shown in bank statement submitted to VO ?

Were you asked to submit updated proof of funds along with medical request ? If yes, than did you submit your latest bank statements after your medicals. Were there any big transactions in your account. If so than you need to provide them with evidences that the money belongs to you.

They can ask for anything irrespective of any stage.
