Proof of Fund (PoF) post CoPR

I have already received confirmation of PR but I have 6 more months to activate my PR. My money is stuck in a bank and I want to use it or give a loan to my family/friends.

Is it ok to use this PoF for now and deposit it when I will actually leave for Canada ?

If I have shown more fund than required, is it acceptable to use extra money and withdraw from the bank?

Please advise...

Yes, you can use that money for now. There is nowhere mentioned that the funds have to be "maintained at all times" per se. Just make sure you take the same amount of money when going to Canada.

I think now the applicant need to show the proof of the fund at the time of entry post CoPR. I am not sure if we need to meet the minimum amount or it has to be same as declared on the application...

I believe one can show the minimum amount either in cash or through bank statement of home country and it does not necessarily has to be as declared on the application list of banks and corresponding amount.
