proof of fund for student VISA from Bangladesh

Hello everyone,

I am going to apply for student VISA for a 2 year Post Graduate Certificate program in a Canadian college.

My elder brother lives there and he is financially supporting me for my tuition and living expenses there.

I am wondering what would be the best way for me to show funds for my study!

Can he put all the required money for 2 year in a Canadian Bank under my name and show that as a proof of fund? If so, how can he do that? Can he open a bank account for me when while I am living in Bangladesh? Do I still have to show my parents as a sponsor?

He can't open a bank account in your name while u live in bangakdesh. That's impossible! However he can try and provide a letter of financial guarantor. It's better if he talks to a lawyer
