Hi Experts,

I have been accepted to the pool for CEC with the score 448. I put $0 in answering the question

"What funds (Canadian dollars) does Hamoon*** have available to bring to Canada to support his/her family?"

when I was creating my profile.

Would that be a problem? Specially since in CIC page "Proof of funds – Skilled immigrants (Express Entry)" they say only people with valid job offer who are already working in Canada are exempt from proving their funds. And later on they made clear that a valid job offer means one with LMIA. So I can only come to the conclusion that working in Canada on PGWP with no LMIA does not exempt you from proof of fund.

So what are your thoughts on this?

Thanks everybody

Yes! I have a full time job but no saving due to some personal matters.

CEC does not require proof of fund. However you will need to provide T4 and NOA or perhaps pay slips.

I understand that CEC applicants do not need it. However, it says PoF is not required as long as you have valid work permit.
I am applying under CEC and I haven't received ITA yet, since my score is 310 and my work permit will be expired next month.
At the time I am submitting documents, I will not have valid work permit.
Is PoF still not required with my situation?
