Hi,
my father gave me settlement funds, and I deposit in my account.

He declared in the official government letter that he is giving this money to his son.

and stamped by the court,


is this evidence is enough
or we have to provide other proof also?

This is a grey one. What has been stated in the affidavit ?

I am not very sure how CIC treats 'gifts' in monetary form represented as POF, but most certainly they will reject your application if such funds seem even a tad bit encumbered; which is to say "borrowed".
