You just need an updated PoF, doesn't need to go back months.

I don't know about fixed deposit to be honest. As a fixed deposit may/may not be considered liquid cash that someone can use post landing to support themselves. Maybe, someone else can chime in on that aspect.

Yup, updated fixed deposit statement would do. Although, we were never asked to show the POF at the time of landing
