Indeed Scotiabank is the best! They have for newcomers free acct for 1 year and u can get visa (credit card) with them too without locking your funds for 1 year (other banks do just secured visa-they lock$1000.00 CAD in investment), besides to that u may get safety deposit box for 1 year for free, later it's around $40.00+tax per year (small box).
All these puts SCOTIABANK high in my eyes.
Good luck
Why not to choose Scotiabank thensteaky said:HSBC lock up $5000 CAD in investment for security.
I heard it is actually a division of CIBCSohail Chowdhury said:Hello guys,
Is there anybody who can tell something about the bank PC Financial. I have heard that they are very economic.
As of ATM's scotia has less than CIBC, but service is better in Scotia, CIBC is not a competitor for Scotiabank at all, TD bank and BNS (Bank of Nova Scotia) usually on the top, believe me, based on the reports (i'm not allowed to provide the link)jnathan said:Scotia is the best, Their ATM's are in every corners of Toronto and other cities.
I am going to get a concrete one soon ...let you know once I get it .Sohail Chowdhury said:Dear GOAL , RIPON243 , SWAPNOCHARI, HIMEL, IDAS, KARTIC, JNATHAN, KING KHAN, MANIR, MUNNIMEHEK, BDSKILLED and Others,
