Hi Folks,
It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me, and I really need your help.
A friend of mine has 600 points from BC PNP as well as 1-year Canadian experience, so he is eligible for CEC.
Can you tell me for what program he will receive an ITA?
When he receives CEC, he will not need to show proof of found, but if ITA falls under PNP, he will need to show proof of found. According to the IRCC, only applicants who apply under CEC or have valid job offers (LMIA/LMIA exempt) are not required to show proof of found.
Do you agree with that? does all PNP applicant who will get federal ITA under PNP need to show proof of found?
