You need to reply to the email itself with the details requested then they would send a second one with your login credentials to a portal where you can confirm your address and upload a recent photo. It took a day for others to receive their login details, for me it took around 4.

Yes, they're way faster. My classmate applied last March 2023, and he got his approval from Calgary 2 weeks ago! He received his portal email a day before he got his GCMS notes.

Yes, Montreal was my VO per my GCMS notes last May, but the portal email I received comes from Calgary. Idk; maybe they moved the applications.

I don't have any idea, sorry. For my PGWP, it took them almost 4 months to process my application last year.

I suggest waiting for it since it has only been a few days since your AOR. Just wait for any update on your GCKey. If they have a message or any additional documents request, it will appear on your GCKey, and you can also upload it there.
