Proof of foreign work experience

Hi there. I will be applying under the CEC program. In addition to my Canadian experience, I worked for my family's business in Ireland in a NOC B position for 1 year a few years ago. I don't have any paystubs for my Irish work experience, but I have the reference letter as well as tax slips. Will that be enough to prove my foreign work experience? What else can I use as supporting documentation aside from paystubs for this foreign work experience?

The reference letter should suffice. Ensure it has contact information of a/your supervisor during your time there. Or at least someone who can verify that info. Tax slips are a plus.
