Hi guys,

I have trouble to prove my foreign work experience. Now I only have employment letter with signature, 8 months pay stubs ( 4 months' are missing), and tax report ( I didn't request to pay tax because my income was below the taxable income at that moment, but it still shows the name of employer on the report who submit tax for me though it shows '0' on each month)

I wonder if these are enough to prove my one year foreign work record. Is it risky to submit my application? Do I need to go back to my country to get a bank account history something?

Thanks!

What does the employment letter include?

Your employment letter needs to state the dates you worked, job title and duties as well. If you cant prove it, you dont have it.

it includes everything needed, job title, hours per week, etc.

Does it include your duties? Are they in line with your noc?

Actually , the letter includes everything CIC asks. Cuz this job is basically one year job, which may draw people;s eyes to check its validity more serious. This is what i'm worrying about, cuz my pay stubs are not completed.

You're fine then. The left itself is all that's asked. Any extra proof is a bonus. As for the pay stubs, do you have first and last at all?

yes. Im not sure only the letter is valid enough. I'm afraid they will say I cannot prove my exactly one year employment without showing all pay stubs.

Pay stubs aren't required and the fact that you have first and last is excellent. You have tax too which is great. I really believe you are safe here.

Was your salary paid directly into your bank account?

I work from Oct 2011 to Oct 2012, I only kept Feb 2012 to Sep 2012. Those from 2011 are missing, and Oct 2012 I didn't get it cuz I left the job before they handout pay stub.

You could in theory submit just the letter and be fine. Was your salary paid into your bank account?

Yes, but I have to go back to get it in person which is kinda tricky and waste time.

Can you not get bank statements showing them coming into your account? That and pay stubs will help with the missing ones.

You are OK. Just submit the employment letter and first and last two paystubs. If CIC asks more you can see then, but mostly they wont. I am assuming letter is signed and on letterhead?
