So far what I've planned I'll be applying for study permit in first week of July which allows me 2 months from the date my class starts and currently the processing time for my country is 4 weeks.
The financial position with regards to properties can be shown. worth almost CAD500000 and business land papers that worth even more. But the problem is that I deposited around CAD 60000 in my father's account for bank statement in last week of April which means the time I will apply my bank statement will be only for 2 and a half month.
Guys can you guide what should I do? What are my chances?
And yes I will pay my semester fee before I apply for Visa and still have CAD 60000 in bank account.
Secondly, I might show a bank turnover for more than CAD 150000.

So what should I do? I cant apply late for the sake of complete 3/4 months statement as Pakistani application already take too much time.
Guide me please. I am too tensed.
Was a bit late with visa process :(

2.5 months balance is not acceptable, min is 4 months. However, if you can show other source of liquid money such as fixed deposits or educational loan, VO may consider that.

You can always take deferral from the institute and apply for the next session.

I will explain my case, for your better understanding. They say you should show 4 months bank statements, but they don't say you should have all the money for that long... so, I had 0, yes zero dollars in my account by february. But then I sold 1 car, I sold 1 motorcycle (expensive one), I sold a small business, I received money from an insurance company, so the balance came up to around CAD$50K, which is more than what they require, and it sat on my account only for 1 month. On the letter to the officer I explained how I got the money and I showed copies of the sale contracts... and I got the visa. Of course, I also showed properties and businesses on my name and the sponsorship of my parents.

So, you should show the 4 months bank statements even if they show 0 dollars for a few months. But the important thing is that you explain the officer how you got the money and that it is not borrowed, and that you will use it for your time in Canada.

It is not a big deal. Go for it!

Ask me anything

You may get away with less than 4 months statement. But that does not follow the rulebook. You will see many examples of visa approval which are far away from requirements or our general understanding. You can always take a chance, no problem with that.

Cash bond will definitely compensate; it is considered liquid asset.

Please keep in mind that it is the overall impression VO will make. If not satisfactory, s/he will look for grounds to reject you, as simple as that.

Thanks alot for your such a detailed response. I always looked for a response like that.
Just a question left to ask (i know it maybe a stupid one), can I show my father's other account with bank turnover (inflows and outflows of business cash) as to support that bank statement of CAD$60k?
As most of the cash in bank for bank statement were either backed up by selling of bonds or cash deposits from business. So I don't have anything that strong to prove like sell of property or so.

Thanks for your help mate. How will I be showing Cash bonds? Just a photocopy of bonds I'm having or there is some other way? And does that photocopy need to be attested or so?

Yes, you will have to show your parent's other account and explain that to the officer... and to show the cash bonds, yes a copy should suffice. In my case a simple copy was enough. It might depend on how you are applying.

The cash bond would be like a term deposit, so it was just like cashing them, with that should be enough!
