Hi everyone,
In the Canadian immigration website, they mention that a letter from the sponsor (i.e. my parents) saying that they will take care of all my expenses is a valid proof of financial capacity. In your experience (for people who have done this before), did it work? I want to pay my tuition/housing from abroad, then use a letter from my father as proof of financial support (and carry some cash for incidental costs).
Otherwise, do you think it is better to open a canadian bank account from abroad? (I am thinking of doing it with Royal Bank of Canada).
