Hello, I am applying for my visa from India under SPP. I don't have my parents IT return. I paid my 1st term fees and GIC. I need to show proof of funds for the rest. Can I show my uncles IT return and bank accounts and make him sign my affidavit ??
i have to admit ur consultant is right to maximize ur chances for visa adding pay slips , bank statement , IT returns helps a lot. If u dont have them what can u do right .....u just have to take ur chances by adding whatever u can.ilaa said:Is that enough. My consultant is asking me to submit my parents pay slip, IT returns, bank statement and asset papers as proof of funds

where to find form 16? I don't findJ5M said:Hi,
1. You do not need IT returns/Form 16 under SPP. Its required under Generic category (India).
2. Only applicants are supposed to submit their own Form 16/IT returns (if working), not Parents.

well u have to be the judge of that ..if ur IT returns show that ur finances are good then yes. What I mean is ur IT returns should align with ur bank balance. meaning if u show million dollars in bank and ur IT returns shows u earn way less ......then ur IT returns dont make sense . Just adding IT returns doesnt mean ur finances r good. ru getting my point?ilaa said:Now, I have IT returns of Past 3 years of mine and my mother's & past year of my dad's. and i am attaching the bank statement of all 3 of us. Will this be sufficient to satisfy the visa officer that my finance is strong.
