Proof of English Language efficiency for Canadian citizenship application

Hi, can you guys helps me ?
Should I submit my official original Bs degree or just a copy of degree ?. ( I graduated college in Canada )
I worry about they won’t return my degree.

NEVER submit originals unless and otherwise specifically mentioned. In this case, you should most certainly NOT submit your original degree.

Did you or do you attend a secondary or post-secondary program in English or French?
The program can be in or outside Canada.

If you did, send a copy of proof that you completed or are attending a program with your application. Proof can be your:

• diploma
• transcript
• certificate

Just to be clear when I mean an English speaking country I mean where the native language is English not just English being an official language.

For example in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh English is an official language but the native language is not English. When I mean English speaking countries i mean England, Australia, US, New Zealand, or Canada.
