Proof of English Language competency

Hi Everybody,

I will be eligible to apply for my citizenship next month, and I was wondering if I can use a certificate obtained from the Rotman School of management ( University of Toronto) as a proof. The program was a change management course. Although I have a bachelor degree, but there is no indication on my transcripts that the program was conducted in English.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What did you study at Rotman school?

I studied change management. The duration of the program was 7 months.

If you search the forum you might find that short term diploma course don't qualify as language proof.

Thanks. I will go through the forum. Although I have checked IRCC’s website, and there’s no reference to short term diplomas not being accepted.

These are finer points rarely explicitly stated in guide. Best would be to call IRCC and get a confirmation.
