Proof of Employment

So it says I need a letter from my partners employer to have a letter of her employment. It also says for it to be original. Does that mean I NEED them to mail me the original signed letter, or can they scan the letter that is on company letterhead, and send it in a PDF and we print it. Is that sufficient? Thanks

Also, it says for it to have Salary, but my partner does not get a fixed salary, rather it says she is part time and it says her pay hourly, is this sufficient?

Yup, it would be fine. I got SA by having part time job that included pay per hour and average 24hrs
