Proof of Contact - Lengthy bills?

Hey lot,

This might have been answered before, but I am just wondering how did you lot send your proof of contact? Each of my husband's invoice is like 45 pages long and it is so unnecessary to print all of them since I am sending proof of contact for another 14 months, I am not sure how about to go with this? Any help will be appreciated!

Also, his main page of the invoice breaks down major stats for example my number is the most frequently called number with the amount of times he called me in one month.. I am just so confused :

Hi ya,

My wife an me always txt each other rather than call as we have free texts to each other so using my iPhone we took screen shots if txts we sent (not everyone) but some showing beginning of month, middle of month and end of month to show we are in contact all the time, also printed of Facebook msg's as this we use a lot and Skype calls and msg's I also don't have a itemised phone bill.

i have to print proof of contact of 4 years,,,lol,,,i have msn,yahoo,facebook,text messages,phone bill,skype calls,emails...it could be hard to print out everything,but just like other people suggested,use samples of everything would be great i think

Salam I will answer all of these to give you all an idea you chat on Line well do screen shots and you can copy to paper for each chat Print screen shot use both sides this is proof enough how you keep daily contact or print phone bills. They certainly don't need all your chat history but its good to have to keep note in note pad. In Case they want interview then send it to them. Another good thing is to add to your file or case on a quarterly chart this way you can keep them up to date and get out of Interview Queue.

Some interviews are hard and you can get upset with yourself just by loosing train of thought and they are experts so they think on Body Language???

If you have so many pages put two or three pages on one page using PowerPoint and on a sheet explain you have used power point and the reason for using it, contents on page is still readable.

Are these your phone bills? I would send in the first one, complete, then send in the main page of the others, with the explanation that this main page shows the number of times he called you in a month. Then add that if the visa officer wants to see the whole bill, you will send them.

We printed out one day each month thqat we were in contact. For example everyone one on the 7th. If not the 7th then the next closest one.
