proof of conjugal relationship & declaration of severance of common-law

Hi,

On the check list IMM5443 said you need to proof your conjugal relationship (e.g. commitment, housing, financial arrangements, social activities, attitudes and mindsets toward your relationship)

and the other one is declaration of severance of common-law relationship.

Just wondering how everyone prepare these stuff?
