if anyone could help me with this and it is greatly appreciated!

In my DOCUMENT CHECKLIST, it says that TO BE COMPLETED under STATUTORY DECLARATION OF COMMON-LAW UNION, signed by hand and dated by the sponsor and the co-signer.

should we fill up this one? or not?

I and my wife is married. and I am confused about this. Especially it is under document checklist.

Are you sure you have the checklist for spouses not for common law partners? I think you might be looking at the wrong checklist

I apply for PGP 2021. And in the document checklist its #3 under for sponsor. So i got confused.

Ah sorry thought this was about sponsorship a spouse not pgp. I have no idea about pgp. You might get a better answer asking on a thread that's current and about pgp
