PROOF OF COHABITATION OUTLAND

Hello,

Just received a mail from the ambassy requisting us for proof of cohabitation, hell no we are married and this an outland application.
We lived together for one year but we don't have any doccuments prooving that, no joint bank no shared evidences.. nothing.

Do you think this proves will be sufficient enough : Testimonials by parents and family members ? transfer money ?

If that is all you can get, send it in and hope for the best. Do you have any mail addressed to you at the same address? It can be letters addressed to both of you, or some addressed to her and some to you, but with the same address.

In my country we don't have this culture this is the man who must assume all the charges.

Seems odd, since cohabiting is not required for a married applicant that has submitted an Outland application.

Exactly Ponga, we don't know why they are asking for that, anyway we will try to get a statement from a regional officer, I don't know if this a good idea or not

Yes, I think it will help. Show whatever you have, since for some reason they want it. Who knows why they are asking.
I know for my application, the visa officer who interviewed us didn't really seem to believe that I was staying with my husband when I was visiting him in Nigeria. Believe me, in the area of Nigeria where my husband lives, there are no tourists, but she apparently thought I was wandering around the Niger Delta by myself.
