We just recently got medical request and also they are requesting proof of cohabitation.

My wife (applicant) and myself have some proof IE Rental agreement and proof of payments in both names. We dont have any utility bills in both names because they refuse to put both names. WE have some mail to each of us at the same mailing address. Do they want originals or is a print out ok. Everything is done electronically now so we have very few originals.

WE are going to set up a joint account today at the bank.

If anyone has info on more proof that can be submitted your info would be greatly appreciated.

Main question is. Is a copy of the rental agreement ok.

Thanks

Mark

A photocopy is fine.

How about drivers license showing same address, individual bank accounts showing same address, car insurance/ownership etc. We have even got wedding invites addresses to both of us showing address to include in our application.

Didnt they ask you to send the proof of cohabitation through case specific inquirey form( with a link) . We were just asked to send proof of relationship/cohabitation and more pictures but they said send them through the CSI form and we can not attach more than 3MB!

Did your email include an address to mail stuff to?

CSI/WEBFORM same thing.. they don;t include email addresses. Like I said, you can send it multiple times they'll arrive in the same day which is roughly in 1.5 months. Also, i've noticed that you can upload them in myCIC also.

They asked for more proof to send to Vegerville via mail. WE did send some cohabitation info up front with our application. But I guess they want more.
