Proof needed for Personal history ?!

You have to upload all the used pages (like visa/stamp) of your passport in your travel history slot. And for the question where you have lived previously you don't have to give any proof. But if you have lived in any country (including your home country) for more than 6 months continuously than you have to get a police clearance for each country.
